All the cakes we deliver are prepared fresh, only some time before it reaches to the recipient. To achieve the best quality, we offer customers to choose delivery time as well, so that we know when we need to prepare a cake and get it delivered. We ensure that customer always enjoys the freshest possible cake. We do not believe in delivering anything below premium quality.

Will there be any delivery charges?

Delivery charges varies from location to location. When you provide pin code of the delivery address, our website will show you the delivery charges for that particular location.

Is it necessary to have an account to shop on BBC (Baker By Chance)?

You can shop on BBC by providing just your email address. While it is not necessary to have an account to shop for and purchase items, it is recommended that you create one. Yes, we do deliver eggless cakes. You can choose from the Menu with the Eggless green color marked products. Be assured about the purity of eggless cakes. They are 100% vegetarian cakes with delicious taste.

Can I microwave BBC Products before consuming them?

Ideally our breads can be microwaved, our savoury can be grilled & heated in our oven. Our Cakes are best eaten in room temperature. You can remove them from the refrigerator 15 – 20 mins before consumption.

For how long can I keep BBC products & how do I store them?

All our products are freshly baked and prepared everyday. Our products are free of any preservatives. You can find the shelf life of our products in the description either on our website or our packaged goods.

Does BBC offer sugarfree products?

We do not offer sugarfree products on our regular menu. They are all customised.
